network
information necessary for system operation and troubleshooting. This may include your device model,

operating system version, application version, device identifier, IP address, mobile network information,
internet connectivity status, online and offline status, crash reports, diagnostic information, and

The App also records operational information related to your trips and assigned work. This includes trip
assignments, trip status, route details, pickup and drop-off locations, timestamps, distance travelled,

Where required for operational purposes, the App allows drivers to upload images and documents such as
toll
receipts, proof of delivery, vehicle registration documents, insurance certificates, incident photographs,
and other trip-related files. Temporary copies of such files may be stored securely on your device until
they are successfully synchronized with our servers.
Permissions Required
To ensure that all features of the JESSYCABS Driver App function correctly, the application requests
certain device permissions. The most important permission is location access, including background
location permission, which enables continuous GPS tracking even when the application is minimized or the
device screen is turned off. Continuous location tracking is necessary for live fleet monitoring, trip
verification, route monitoring, emergency response, driver safety, and accurate trip recording.
The App also requests notification permission to send important operational alerts, including new trip
assignments, trip updates, emergency notifications, fleet announcements, and application-related
messages.

To prevent interruptions in GPS tracking, the App may recommend disabling battery optimization or

synchronized with our secure servers. Offline data is retained only for the time necessary to complete
